HOLIDAY RATES

  • Use of gas above normal consumption for the dipping pool
  • Wood for the fireplaces. San Miguel is in the high desert, wood is scarce and is much more expensive in the USA.

 

PAYMENTS

A deposit of 50% of the total is due to reserve the property, with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to the arrival. For reservations made within 45 days, full payment is due at time of reservation request.
